This action came ou for heartng on the dgy of
1974, and the Court, having given full consideration to all of the
evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of '
the parties and~the sub3ect matter of this action; that the rela-
tionship of husband and wife naw eaists between the Petitioner and
Respondent and.their marriage is irretrivably broken. It is,
thereupon,-
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follort~s :
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE-_ The man~aSe between the Petitioner,
MARTaA ANGELI S1~LR0, and the Respondent, AMBROS JOSEPH SI~LRO, be

~ and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are

forever freed from the obligations arising therefro~.
2. RESI~ORATION OF NAt~. The Aespondent be and she is hereby
authorized to asswme her p=ior name of MARTBA ANGELI and to use the
name in all respects as if the marriage-to Petitioner had not in-
tervened.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is.retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
just and proper in the premises.
