This cause coming-on to be heard on November 4th,-1974 at 9:00
A.M. on the Wife's Petition for temporary restraining order, temporary
support money for the minor child and temporary custody of the minor chird,.
and the Court having heard testimony of the respeetive parties, and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore i
ORDERED "
1. Eaeh of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from
inter~ering with, harassing or annoying the other.
2. Temporazy custody of the minor ehild, William Brot~k Revels,
' age 2, is hereby awarde3 to the Wife, with reasonable visitation rights~ ^

~ reserved to the Husband.
~ 3. Comnencing on the 8th day of November, 1974, the Husband
, shall pay to the Wife the sum of $25.00 each and every week for the
'-tem~orary support of the ehilti named above. Each payment shall be made
to the clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to the Wife. Tn
addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs - ;

t o be added to each payment made to the clerk. Al1 payments shall be
made in cash, money ord~er or cashiers check. Both of the parties are
ordered ta keep the clerk of this court advised of their mailing and
