FINAL JUDGMENT
. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE -
This cause came on for trial the 4th day of November,
1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This-Court has 3urisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exiats between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND AD.TUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE The marriage between LOUIS
G. UNDERWOOD and ROSE MARIE UNDERWOOD be and the same is hereby
~ dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever ~

freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. ALIMONY Com~ncing the Sth day of November, 1974,
LOUIS G. UNDERWOOD shall pay to ROSE MARIE UNDERWOOD the sum of
$250.00 each and every month, for the support of the Wife.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk o~ this Court and
by him remitted promptly to ROSE MARIE UNDERWOOD. In addition
~ there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to
54 be added to_each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
be made in cash, mon~y order or cashier's check. Both of the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
