3. PROPERTY Th~ property se~tlement agreement admitted
into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the
parties are ordered to comply with the provisione thereof. ~

4. RBSTRAINING ORDER Each of the partie8 is hereby
en3oined and restrained from interfering with~ harassing or
annoying, the other.
. 5. FEES The Court determines the sum of $300.00 to be
reasonable foi the Wife'8 attorney for his services herein and ~
LOUIS G. UNDERWOOD is ordered to pay said attorney said sum.
-6. JURISDICTION Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
