This cause cacning on to be heard on November l, 197d on the
Husband's Motion for a Continuance based upon the fact that Hus-
band's counsel was engaged in a jury trial in the Circuit Court for
Indian River County, Florida and was unable to be present for said
hearing, and the Court being fully advised in the premises; it is
thereupon

1. Tha t the above entitled cause be removed from the Non-
Jury Trial Calendar set for November 1, 1974. -
