JUD(~NT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGB T1iIS ACTION came on for hearing on the 4th day of November, 1974, and the Court, having given full conr~ideration to all of the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and the sub~ect matter of this action; that the relationship of husband and ~ife now exists between the Petitioner and Respondent and their marriage is irretrievably broken. It is, thereupon. ORDERED AND ADJUDGED ag follows: 1. DISSOI.UTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Petitioner, SARAH R. SZENTMARTONI. and the Respondent,_ JOHN SZENTMAR7~ONI, be. ~ and the same is hereby dissolved, and t~ie parties and each of them f are forever freed fram the obligations arising therefrom. ` 2. ALIMONY. The Respondent shall pay to the Petitioner lump sum alimony in the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00). Said l~mmp sum alimony may be paid to•the Petitioner on a monthly basis of $100.a manth cou~encing on the lOth day of November, and a like s~n each month thereafter until said award has been satisfied in full. - 3. PERSONAL PROPERTY. The Respondent shall convey all right, title and interest he may-have in and to the hereinafter described personal property to Petitioner, or to Petitioner for the use and benefit of certain third parties who maintain rights in said chat- tel as set forth: ~ ~ (a) 1971 VW Automobile (b) Petitioner's mother'~s twin beds and chest- (c) Good China 80QK~~ ~~E~~ _ - - - - - _ _ - ; _ _ .
