The Petitioner shall have thirtq (30) days from the date of this
order to remove the above referenced personal property from the
premisea maintained by Respondent. -
4. ATTORNEY'S FEES AND_COST. The Respondent ahall pay the '
Petitioner's attorney, RICHARD D. SNEED, JR., ESQUIRE, for legal
services rendered in this cause to the Petitfoner the sum of Four~
~Hundred Dollars ($400.00) final reasonable fee, which sum is to be
in addition to all temporary fees previously awarded; that Respondent
shall pay the costs of this action taued in the amount of $25.00.
5. RESTItAINING ORDER. That the parties to this~action are
mutually enjoined and restrained fro~m assaulting, harrassing, bother-
ing, or interferring with each othei at anq time or place, o~ in. ~
any manmer whatsoever. .
i 6. RESTORATION OF NAt~. The Petitioner be and she is hereby

~ authorized to assume her maiden name of SARAH R. NICHOLSON and to

~ use the same in all respects as if the marriage to Respondent had j

7. JURISDICTION. Juriadiction of this cause, and the parties ;
