Official Record Book 231 , at page 723, in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court.of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, claiaEing a lien in the
sum of $ 87.824.46 upon the follawiag described real propery lying and
being in St. Lucie County, to wit:
Ft. Pierce Jai Alai Frontoa, Rings Highway, Ft. Pierce, Florida,
more fully described as recorded in the office of the C lerk of
the St. Lucie County Circuit Court in Official Record Book 204,
page 2156.

Lien. This agreement constitutes a Partial Release of Lien by the lienor
and ahall not operate to release any liea of the undersigned in sums in excess
of this partial release or for labor services and materials to be furnished
after this date.
