SATISFACTION OF CLA.IM OF LIEN
WITNESSETH:
WHgREAS, JgB SNTERPRISES, INC., hereinafter referred to as
Lienor, did on the 2nd day of August, 1973, file a claim of lien
in~the amount of $6,356.22 against certain property then owned t
by William 8. Cole and Slsie Cole, his wife, and more particularly
described as follows: .
The NW 1/~ of the NS 1/4 anf hetOkeechobeehRoad,lin
of the N$ 1/4 lyinq North o
Section 28, Township 35 South, Ranqe 39 East, excepting
therefrom all riqhts-of-way for drainage canals and public
roads; AND ALSO
The N 1/2 of the N$ 1/4 of the NS 1/4 of Section 28,
Township 35 South, Ranqe 39 East. Subject to road and
canal rights-of-way; and . _
WHEREAS, said claim of lierrlcarecordsdof St.~Lucie$Countyrd
Book 217 at page 323 of the publ .
Florida; and
WgEREAS, Lienor has been paid in full for all labor, services
and materials furnished in connection with the construction of
improvements on the above-descrxbed real property as more par-
ticularly described in said claim of l~en;
NOW, THEREFORS, in consideration of the premises and other
good and valuable consideration, Lienor hereby acknowledges
satisfaction of the above-described claim of lien.
