l. This Court hae jurisdiction of the par+ties and of the

subject matter of this auit.
2. The alleqationa contained in the Complaint have been
proved by campetent evidence, and there is naw due and awing to
the Plaintiff from the Defendants on the Articles of Agreement ~
described in the Comgla?int the sum of Four Thousand Thre~e HuYLdred
Sixty ($4,360.54) Dollars and 54/100 toqether with intereat and
late charges thereon from the 19th day of April, 1974 until
November 3, 1974 in the amount of One Hundred Ninety~Three ~
($193.81) Dollars and 81/100, attorneys fees of $~D 4.~ ~
and court costs to date of Forty-Five ($45.20)`Dollars and 20/100,

makinq a total of $~7~ 0~•'ts due the Plaintiff.
3. The equities of this cause are with the Plaintiff.
4. A lien ~s held by the Plaintiff for the sum specified
in Paragraph 2 above, superior in dignity to any right, title,
interest or claim of the Defendants ia the above styled cause
, upon the follawing described property, to-wit:

as per plat thereof on fi.le In Plat Book 16, at
Page 17 of the Public Records of St. I.ucie County,
Florida. ~
5. If the aforesaid total sum due to the Plaintiff and
all.costs of this proceeding incurred subsequent to the date of _
this Judgment are not forthwith paid, the Clerk of this Court shall
sell that property at public sale within the legal hours of sale
on the 18th day of November, 19T4, a day not less than ten (10)
days after the date of this Judgment, to the highest and best bidder

or bidders for cash.at the east door of the St. Lucie County
Courthouse in Fort Pierce, Florida, and after having fitst given
notice as required by Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes. •
