judqment in behalf of the Plaintiff, in the event such deficiency
should ari~e ae a r~sult of said aforeaaentioned sale.
10. Upon confirmation of the sale, the Defendanta and all
pe~sons claim~nq by and through them or any of them, are severally
barred, and foreclosed of and from any right, title, interest, claim
or demand in or to said property, and the purchaser at the sale, its
agents and assigns, shall be let into possession of aaid property
without delay. -
11. This Court retains juriadiction of ttiis cause to settle
all other questions that this Court has jursidiction to settle under
the Complaint in which the proceedinqa therein had not been settled
by this or previous Judgments or Orders in this cause, as the Court
shall deem proper in equity and as the circwnstances of thia case
may require. .
