ORDER FOR TEMP
This cause coming on to be heard on the Wife's petition
for temporary relief, and the Court having heard the testimony
of ~he Wife and the Husband IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that
the Husband shall pay to the Wife as temporary support for
~ herself and the child of the parties he-reto the sum of One
hundred and no/oo Dollars ($100.00) per week commencing
Wednesday, November 13, 1974 and shall be paid to the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida ,
And tihere is added to said sum the fee of One Dollar ($1.00)
for the Clerk's services. _
; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Wife~shall

~ have temporary custody of JA1?~S FRANKLIN GAUSE, the child of
the parties, subject however to the rights of reasonable visi-
tation by the Husband.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband shall
pay to Rupert Jason Smith, the Wife's attorney, the sum of
One hundred and no/oo Dollars ($100.00) as temporary attorney's
fees and costs. ~
