alonq the East right of way line of said Florida East Coast Rail~ray, a distance
of 1316.25 feet to the point of beginninq; thence run West parallel i~o the North
line of said Section 35, to the West line of the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of said
section 35; thence South along the West line of the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of said
section 35, a distance of l00 feet; thence run East parallel to the North line
of said Section 35, to the West Boundary of the Indian River; thence Northwesterly
along the West bank of the Indian~River to a point due East of the point of
beginninq; thence run West parallel to the North line of said Section 35 to the
point of beginninq. EXCEPTING therefrom,. however, the right of way of the Florida
rast Coast Railway Company and right of way for public road known as Indian River
