DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 8th day of November, A. D.,
1974, and the Court having qiven full consideration to all the
ev~dence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of ~
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation I
of tiusband and wife now exists between thelarties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably_broken and should
E be dissolved. It is thereupon ~

f ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between AMBRF%S E.
PARRAMORE and BRENDA K. PARRAMORE be and the same is hereby dis- ~

solved, and the parties and each-of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations ~rising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody o€ LAURA LYNN PARRAM4RE. a minor child
of the parties, is hereby awarded to AMBRES E• PARItAMORE with.
~ reasonable visitation riqhts reserved to BRENDA K- pARR~MORE.
3. PROPERTY: The stipulation agreement admitted into ~
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the
parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
