TffiS CAUSE came on for trial the Sth day of November, 7.974, and
_ the Court having qiven full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: R'his_Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exista
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. _DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JAMES R. _
McCORKLE and MARI BETH McCORI~,E, be and the same is hereby dissolved,

~ and~the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising_therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of DENISE McO0RI4.E, LISA McCORKLE and JI1rIIKY
McCORKLE, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to MARI BETS
McCpRKLE with reasonable visitation rights reserved to JAMES R. McQORI~E.
3. SUPPORT. Cotmnencing the ~~day of , 1974,
JAMES R. McCORi~.E shall pay to MARI BETH McCORI~,E the aum of $190.00
~ twice monthly, each and every tnonth, for the support of the children
~ named above. Said payments shall be made on the lst and 15th day of
each and every month.
