assesaed the sum of $1.00 as etatutory costs to be added to each
payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money
order_or cashier's check. Hoth of-the partiea are ordered to keep
the-Clerk of this Court advised of their mailinq and residence addresaes
at all times while this order is in effect. ~
, Payments may be made directly from the Ausband to the Wife upon
their mutual agreeraent, but-both parties are ordered and directed in
that event, to make and keep an accurate accountinq of said payments.
4. PR~OPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties
- are ordered to comply with the provisions thereot.
5. FEES AND COSTS. The partiPS hereto agree that each shall be
responsible for one-half of the attorney's fee and one-half of the
court costs incurred herein.
6. JURISDICTION. J'u=isdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
