ARTICLE S
Section 5.01. The Indenture and this Fourth Supplemental Indenture shall,
be construed together and the provisions of the Indenture shall operate and '
have effect as hereby expressly or impliedly modified .
Section S. 02 . This Fourth supplemental Indenture may be executed in several
counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and
such counterparts together sha12 constitute the one and the same instrument.
