AND WHEREAS the Company and the Trustee entered into a
First Supplemental Indenture made as of the lst day ot March, 1965
(hereinafter called the "First Supplementa~ Indenture") providinq~ .
' that the agqregate principal amount-of Debentures which may be

issued under tha Principal Indenture as amended by the Firat Supple-
mental Indenture shall be increased to two million seven hundred and ~
fifty thousand dollars ($2,750,000), which First Supplemental Inden-
ture was recorded in Book 1201, page 40, of the Official Records of
Palm Beach County, Florida, and in Book 156, page 24, of the Official
Records of Martin County, Florida; _ ,
AND WHEREAS the Company and the Trustee entered into a
Second Supplemental Indenture made as of the 15th day of December,
1965 (hereinafter called the "Second Supplemental Indenture") providinq
that the aggregate principal amount of Debentures which may be issued
under the Principal Indenture as amended by the Second Supplemental
; Indenture shall be increased to three million dollars ($3,000,000),

AND WHEREAS the Company and the Trustee entered into a

Third Supplemental Indenture made as of the 5th day of March, 1968 ~

{hereinafter called the "Third Supplemental Indenture") providing ?
~ that the aggregate principal amount of Debentures which may be issued ~

under the Principal Indenture as amended by therThird Supplemental
Indenture shall be increased to-three million five hundred thousand

~ dollars ($3,500,000) and the rate of interest of all Debentures out-

standing and to be outstanding under the Principal Indenture, as
au~ended by the Third Supplemental Indenture, shall be ?Z~o per annum
