3. The Additional Guarantors agree to be bound by all of the ,

obli~ations of the Guarantors as set out in the Guarantee, in the
SuppJ.emental Indenture made as of the lst day o~f ~iarch, 1965, in
the Supplemental Indenture made as of the 15th day of December, 1965,
in tt:e Supplemental Indenture nade as of the 5th day of ~iarch, 19G8,

and in this Supplemental Indenture as xf the Additional Guarantors
h~d veen p~rties to the Guarantee and each af the Supplemental Inden-
tures and to carry out all of the terms and conditions therein set

4. In consideration of the premises and of ten dollars ($10.00)
