THATCHER, who, being duty sworn, says that he is the at~rney of the lie~or

Route 2, Box 740, Vero Beach, Ftorida, 32960, and that in pursuance of a oontract
with B b B CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF OH10, INC, , lienor furnished labor,
services or materials oonsisting of all necessary labor, material and equipment to
furnish and instali 28 ga. Std., Wheeling metai and 2}" tfltal Permalite Lightweight
ooncrete on the real property that is described in that certain Notice Of Commence-
ment dated Aprii 12, 1974; and recorded Aprii 15, 1974, in Official Re~ord Book 226
pages 335 and 336 of the pubtic records of St. Lucie County, Florida, owned by
Melvin F. Sembler, Fred A. Beshara, Albert L. Dangler and Nicholas Manos of a
total value of $43, 300. 00, of which there remains unpaid $4, 330.00, and fur~ished
the fi rst of the same on .l uly 9, 1974, and the last of the same on August 23, 1974,
and that the lienor served his notice to owner by registered mail, postage prepaid,
on July 29,_ 1974.
