THIS CAUS~ came on for hearing on November 8, 1974, upon
petition for dissolution of marriaqe and answer, and PATRICIA -
GAIL BASSETT, petitioner, having appeared with counsel, Douqlas _
~ p. Lawless, Esquire, and the Court havinq heard the testimony of ;
the petitioner and her witness, and having considered the evidence
, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, the Court finds

and decides as _follows: .
(1) This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the sub-
ject matter of- this action.

(2) The marriaqe between the petitioner and the respondent

` is dissolved because it is irretrievably broken.

~ and the parties are ordered to comply with all terms of the ,

~ Stipulation.
~ (4) PATRICIA GAIL BASSETT's former name is reatOred and

~ she shall be known as PATRICIA GAIL CARROLL hereafter.
~ (5~ This Court specifically reserves jurisdiction of this

~ entire matter to enter any further Orders that may be equitable,
~ '
~ appropriate and just. Further, both parties are ordered to take

~ ~ whatever action is reasonable and necessary to and conduc
; selves in a manner conducive with, carrying out the intent and
