FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on November 8, 1974, upon the petition of the wife For dissolution of marriage, and the s < petitioner, GLORIA JEAN McGHEE, having appeared with counsel, Douglas P. Lawless, Esquire, and that due and leqal service of proceas was had by personal service upon LEROY McGHEE, respondent, and the said respondent having failed to answer or otherwise file any written defenses to the petition herein as required, and upon nation of the wife, a Default Judgment was entered in this matter on October 3, 1974, by the Clerk of the Court, and i the Court having heard testimony of the petitioner, and her witness, and having considered evidence, argument of counsel aad ~ being otherwise fully advised in the premises, the Court finds and ~i i decides as follows: ~ _ . ~ (1) This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject ~ matter of this action. ~ 2 The Default Jud ent previously entered in this cause ~ ~ c~ ~ ( is ratified and confirmed. r ~ (3) The marriage between petitioner and respondent is ~ - dissolved because it is irretri~vably broken. ~ (4) GLORIA JEAN McGHEE's mafden name is restored and she R ~ shall be known as GLORIA JEAN.JONES hereafter. ~ ~ f (5) This Court specifically reserves jurisdiction of this ~ entire matter to render any further Orders that may be equitable, ~ ~ appropriate and just.
