of J. GARY Ai?~NT and JUDITH E. AM$NT, his wife, and the Court
having heard testiznony on behalf of the plaintiffs, and a default
having been entered against the defendant by the Clerk of this
Court , and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is -

Lot l, Block 3 and East 5 feet of vacated alley
adjacent on West, NEBRASRA COURT, as per Plat
thereof~recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 48, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That the defendant, Lawrence S. Hodges, is responsible
for certain encroachments upon the aforesaid premises, including
a wooden shed and wire fencing.
3. That the defendant, Lawrence S. Hodges, is hereby
ordered to remove any and all encroachments for which he is re=
sponsible within ten (10) days from date of this judgment.
