ASSIGNMENT
FOR VALU$ RECEIVED, WS hereby sell, assiqn and transfer to
ANNA CHOJENSKI all of our right, title and interest in and to that
certain Agreement for Deed between MAJOR SXCAVATING COMPANY, INC.,
a Florida corporation, and the undersigned, dated December 3,
1972, and recorded in O.R. Book a~-at page jb of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and that certain land in St.
Lucie County, Florida, as described therein, viz:
Lot 3, Block 5, GREEN ACRES, UNIT THREE, accordinq to
the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 16, at page
28 of the.public records of St. Lucie County,.Florida.
We direct that upon the fulfillment of the terms of said-
Agreement by the said Anna Chojenski, that a deed be issued to
her for the above-described land_as provided in said Agreement.

There is now due on said Agreement ~1 d and interest
thereon at eight (8)_ percent per annum from November 1, 1974.
