This cause coming on to be heard on November 7, 1974, on
Plaintiff's Complaint for Temporary In~unction, and the Defendan 's
Motion for Continuance; the Court having heard the arguments of
- the attorney for the Plaintiff and the attorney for the Defendant
and it is: ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Defendant's Motion for Continuance is denied.
'i 2. The Defendant and his agents and representatives, and

~ all persons acting in concert or participating with them are ~
~ enjoined from preventing the Plaintiff from entering their proper y
one time to clean out the septic tank.
3. ~This Order shall be effective when the Plaintiff file
a bond of $500.00, to be approved by the Clerk, conditioned to
pay Defendant all costs and damages that he recovers because of
the issuance of this injunction. ~
