BEFORS I~, the undersigned suthority, personally appeared
RICHARD D. SNEED, JR., $SQUIRE, who, being duly sworn, says that
he is the Attorney of the Lienor herein,~WICRES LUMBER COMPANY,
whose address is 3315 Oleander Boulevard, Ft. Pierce, Florida,
and that in pursuant of a contract with John Williams as agent
for Systems Housing, lienor furnished materials conaisting of:
lumber, plywood and felt of a total value of Three Hundred
Foity-four pollars and Thirty-Five Cents ($344.35) of which .
there remains unpaid $344.35, for which amount it claims a lien -
on the following described real property in St. Lucie Countq, " _
Florida: .
Lot 18, Block 139 Unit 8 River Park Subdfvisi,on according to
the plat thereof fovnd in Plat Book~ at page of
the public records of St. Lucie County,- lorida, . ~
owned by Systems 8ousing. The undersigned Attornep further says
that lienor furnished the first of sai~ materials on August 19, 1974,
and the last of said same on August 21. 1974, and that the lienor
