lection ot the indebtednesa he~eby secur=d. All swns so advanced or paid by the Mortsaiee ahalt ba chat~ed iato
~e mortga`e account and becomt sn inte~[al put thereo[. subject in all respects to the terms. conditions. and
covenants o( the aforcsaid promisso[y note, and this mott~a~e, as lally aad to the same eatent as thou~b a put
af the ori`inal irdebtedness evidenced by said note and secured by this nartiase, ~exceptint however. that said
suma shall be repaid the Mortsasee forthwith upon its demand aad be in~ additio~ to the reaular monthly install-

4. To the extent of the indebtedness of the Mott~a~ot to the Mott~a~ee described hecein or secured heteby.
the Mort=a=ee is hereby subro6ated to the lien or liens and to the ti`hts of ihe owners aad holders thereof of aacb
aad every mortga6e, lien or other incwnbtance on the lued desccibed herein which is paid and/or sati:fied. in
whole or in part. out of ihe proceeds of the loan described hercin ot sacared heceby, aad the nspective liens of
said rtwrtga`es, liens oc other incumbrances, shall be and the sune and each of them hereby is presetved and shal!

cessors in interes[ with reference to this deed and the debt hereby secured. in the same manner as with the Mort-
ga~or without in any way vitiating or discharains the Mortsasor's liability hereunder or upoa the debt hereby
secured. No sale of the premises hereby monaased and no fabearance on the put of the Mortsa~ee, and no ex-
tension of the time for tha payment of the debt beteby secuted aiven by the Mott`asee shall opetate to refease,
dischar6e, modify, chanse or affect the oriiinal liability of the Mortgaaor herein either in whole or in part.

ness, however evidenced. whethet by said promissory note or any renewal or exteasion tl~ereof or subatitute thare-
