9. To further secure unto tr~e ~ortgsgee the
pay~ent of the aforesaid note and the perfora~ance by ~
the wort~agor of sll of his pro~ises snd coveaants
herein ~de, the ~ortgagor has snd does hereby transfer~
assign and set over uato the wortgagee all of the rents,
inco~ and profits aox or bereafter pertsining or
srising fro~ said-property Mitb full porer and right
unto the s~ort~a~ee,to rece~~e and coliect the~sawe;
provided, however~ that so 2ong as the wortgagor shall ~
~ fsithfully keep snd perfosi each aad every of his

~ forth in all other portions of this ~ortgage and suffer
no default in connection thereMith~ the ~ortgagee shall
