~ This cause came an for final hearing on November 13, 1974
upon the Complaint previously filed with this Court, and Deferrdant OUTDOOR
RESORTS OF AM~RICA, INC. , having procgss served on it by personally
serving its resident agent, Thomas R. Allen, and a default having been
regularly entered by the Clerk of this Court upon Defendant's failure to
answer or otherwise plead, and the Court Yiaving been fully advised in the
premises by testimony in the form of affidavits, the Court finds and decides
as follows:
1. That the Defendant, through its authorized agent, _
R. Anderson, entered a two (2) year service contract on January 15, 1973,
; ~ with the Plaintiff upon the terms.set forth in the contract, which is a part of

the Complaint filed herein, marked "Plaintiff's Exhibit A".
2.. That Plaintiff fai~fully perfornaed the services pursuant t
the afore~nentioned contract through October 9, 1973. -
3. That the Plaintiff ceased performance of services ~
because Defendant breached the contract by defaulting on payment. , ~
4. That this Court has the proper venue of this action.
5. That the Court has jurisdiction of the ~parties and the
subject matter of this action.
6. That the amount due and owing by the Defendant to the
Plaintiff since January 31, 1974, is $2, 671. 61.
7. That the Defendant contracted to pay all costs of collection
including reasonable attorneys fees.
8. That no part of the ~2, 6?1. 61 due to Plaintiff by Defendant
has been paid. _ t
