McNALLY, and the Court - having heard sufficient .testimony to conclude that the marriage - . .between the parties is irretrievably broken_and should be dissolved, but the introduction of evidence of the parties, not having been completed in the p-revious two sessions sufficient for the court to rule on other matters, It is therefore ORDERED a"s follows: ~ 1. The marriage between ROBERT G. INGERSOLL.and SARAH E. ~ . . - INGERSOLL be, and the same is hereby, dissolved and the parties anct each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds.of matri~nony hereto- fore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. SARAH E. INGERSOLL be~and she is~hereby authorized to assume her former name of SARAH T. McNALLY, and to use the same in . all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. ~ 3. Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto is retained for further hearinqs and final determination of all other issues made by the Petition and Counter-Petition of the parties.
