This cause coming on for trial on October 9 and November ~
12, 1974, and the Wife havinq amended her pleadings praying to
be restored to her former name of SARAH T. McNALLY, and the Court -
having heard sufficient .testimony to conclude that the marriage - .
.between the parties is irretrievably broken_and should be dissolved,
but the introduction of evidence of the parties, not having been
completed in the p-revious two sessions sufficient for the court to
rule on other matters,
It is therefore ORDERED a"s follows:
~ 1. The marriage between ROBERT G. INGERSOLL.and SARAH E.

INGERSOLL be, and the same is hereby, dissolved and the parties anct each
of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds.of matri~nony hereto-
fore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. SARAH E. INGERSOLL be~and she is~hereby authorized to
assume her former name of SARAH T. McNALLY, and to use the same in .
all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
~ 3. Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto is
retained for further hearinqs and final determination of all other
issues made by the Petition and Counter-Petition of the parties.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida, this 3 day of
