THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing before the Cou~tt,.and the Re-
spondent, WILLIAM A. ~.OBRUTi'0, having personally. appeared before
the Court and being represented by counsel and the Court, having
heard the testimonq of the Respondent as well as the Petitioner,
BARB~ARA J. LOBRUTTO, and the Court being otherwise advised in the
premises, it is:
ADJUDGED that the Respondent, WILLIAM A. LOBRUTTO, is~in con-
tempt of this Court's Order entereci September 26, 1974. It is -
FURTHER ADJUDGED AND ORDERED that the Respondent, WILLIAM A•
LOBRUTTO; Be confined in the Countq Jail;of St. Lucie County, ~
! Florida, for a term of 15 days; but that-the Respondent, WILLIAM ~

~ A. LOBRUTTO, may purge himself of this contempt by:
~ ,(a). Payment to the Wife's Attorney, RICHARD D. SNEED, JR., ES- ~
QUIRE, $1I5.00 remaining due on fee awarded by this Court, said
sum, unless sooner retired, shall be.paid to the said,Attorney at ~
$10.Q0 per week co~m~encing on the 15th day of November, 1974. ~
(b) Payment to the Wife of $5.00 per week in satisfaction of .
$62.98 interest payment previously paid by the Wife on that cer-
tain promissory note which the husband was ordered to pay. Said

payments shall com~oience on the 15th day of November, 1974.
(c) Payment to the Wife of the sum of $97.50 on or before the
20th of each month commencing with November 20 ,1974, until the
sum due and owing on that certain promissory note wherein the Wife
remains obligated to the Sun Bank of Ft. Pierce is satisfied in
