Before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared GILBERT BOWEN, who, after beinq duly sworn, did
depose and say:
~ 1. He has personal knowledge of the facts stated
herein. - _
2. He is secretary of Bowen Brothers, Inc. and on
behalf of said corporation, executed that certain contract
for purchase of citrus fruit growing on-the above-described

lands as recorded in O. R. Book 219, page 719, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida. -
3. The said Bowen Brothers, Inc. has~not recovered the
- $250,000.00 advance made by them to the seller and accord-

! ingly, said contract remains in full force and effect.
