It appearing from the evidence before the Court that JOHN WBSLBY
W8IT8 has willfully failed and refused to pay the child support as required
by the Final Judgment of thie Court entered on the llth day of July, 1974, -
and is, as of this date, in arrears $36.00, it is _
pR~gggD pND ADJUDGBD thnt for such failure be stands in contempt
of this Court, but may purge himself of tbis con~empt by hereaf~er paying ~
~ the $3b.00 arrearage, plus $9.50 Court Costs. This payment to be in addition

~ to the regular $20.00 per week child support payments prov~ded for in the
Final Judgment, plus the $1.00 clerk's fee. If Respondent does not purge
himself of his contempt as provided above, he shall be required after notice
to appear before the Court for sentencing.
