having heard the arquments of counsel and being further~advised in

ORD$RED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants' Motion For
Supersedeas to Stay Further Proceedings in the instant case is
qranted as to Count I of the Amended Complaint, continqent upon
~ the Defendants filinq their Notice of Interlocutory Appeal by
~ December 1, 1974, and postinq a suF?ersedeas bond in the amount of

IT IS FORTHER ORDBRSD AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff's
Motion To Sever Counts II, III, IV, and V are granted and that
