Wife. ) ' ) FINAL JUDGMENT - DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~ ~ THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 14th day of November, A.D., 1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between DILLARD E ~ MARTIN COLLIER, JR. and MELODY MORTON COLLIER be and the same is . hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing ~ ~ between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ 2. CUSTODY: Custody of BRADLEY DILLARD COLLIER and BRIAN ~ ~ DEAN COLLIER, the minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded i to MELODY MORTON COLLIER with reasonable visitation rights re- served to DILLARD MARTIN COLLIER, JR. 3. SUPPORT: Coimnencing the 6th day of December, 1974, ~ DZLLARD MARTIN COLLIER, JR. shall pay to MELODY MORTON COLLIER the ~ ~ sum of $160.00 each and every month,,for the support of the children ~ named above, said sum being $80.00 per child.
