O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon petitioner's request
for a temporary hearing in the above-styled dissolution of marriage,
and the respondent, by and through his undersigned attorney, having
no objection, it is therefore, '
ORDERED that the temporary custody of the minor child is ~
awarded to the petitioner, BRIGETTE EDMAN: that the respondent,
~ JAY EDMAN, is ordered to forthwith pay to petitioner's attorney the

E ~ sum of FIFTY and 00/100ths ($50.00) DOLLARS as temporary attorneys'
i -
fees; that the respondent is temporarily ordered to pay each month
the Beneficial Financial Company loan, the Sears bill, the Kennedy &
Cohen bill; that temporary possession of the premises located at
1202 South 25th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, is hereby awarded to
the petitioner; and that the respondent is further ordered to pay
to the petitioner the sum of TWENTY-FIVE and 00/1QOths ($25.00)
DOLLARS per week for the support of the child, beginning on
November 15, 1974.
