DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 14th day of November,
1974 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: this court has jurisdiction -
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
and_that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND-ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. The Default heretofore entered by the Clerk of

~ this Court against KEITH C. KING be and the same is hereby
approved, ratified and confirmed.
2. The marriage between JUDITH A. KING and KEITH C.
KING be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
e ach of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
tions arising therefrom.
3. Custody of KIMBERLY KING, KERRI KING, KASEY KING

and SHANE KING, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded
to JUDITH A. KING with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
KEITH C. KING.
