. This cause came on to be heard on November 1974,
upon the Petition for Adoption filed in this cause and the Consents
of MILFORD ~YNS POI~IDER. natural father of the male minor, ROB$RT
y+Il~yi~ ppDIDB,R, and JACQUSLINS S. PO1~ID$R COOPTR, natural mother of
the male minor, and it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner ~
is a~it and proper person to adopt the minor child sought to be
adopted, and that the best interests of the child will be pro-
motec~j by the adoption and that the child ig suitable for adoption
by Fetitioner, R~OBB~RT A. COOPI:R. and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, . ~ -

~ 1. That the minor child named in the Petition-is dec3.ared
to be the legal child of the Petitioner, R+OBSRT A. COOPER, and
is given the name of 1~OBERT ASffi~Y COOPSR, by which name he shall
hereafter~be known. .
2. This child shall be the child and legal heir of the
Petitioner, ROBERT A. COOPER, entitled to all the rights and
privileges, and subject to all the obligations of a child born
to the Petitioner~ RUBSRT A. COOP'SR, in lawful wedlock.
