BASRIN, Wife ~ ~ 12i3 PM - FINAL JUDGI~NT ~5~51. ~ DISSO IAGE 4 ; This cause came on for trial the 14th day of November, . 1974 and the Court having given full consideration to all the ~ evidence, finds and determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that-the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between F.L. KELLY BASKIN and ELZNOR I. BASKIN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from.the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between ! them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ 2. PROPERTY. Upon a hearing of the facts, the Court ~ I ' determines F.L. KELI.Y BASKIN has a special equitp in the 1973 ~ ~ - ~ Coachman travel trailer, I.D. ~210117753, and the property des- cribed in this paragraph shall belong to the Husband, F.L. KELLY BASKIN, absolutely, sub~ect to any outstanding liens or encumbranc s. If the Wife, ELINOR I. BASKIN, does not execute a transfer of titl ~ to the Husband, F.L. KELLY BASKIN, conveying this property within lU days, then in that event this Order shall be considered an effective transfer of the interest of the Wife, ELINOR I. BASKIN, _ to the Husband, F.L.
