Defendant, BARBARA CHASON, takes and enters her appeal to the

Fourth District Court of Appe~l of Florida, 4th District, to review an
~ 4rder entftled Final Judgment dated May 14, 1973 and recorded in c~rc~ii~t' Couic
' M~~nte:` Book --~'-~--.at page which held that plaintiffs had

fee simple title to a parcel of real property reinstated in agreement for ~

~ deed on condition that defendant dismtss a counterclaim against plaintiffs

~ ~ with pre~udice and reinstated an agreement for d~ed; and a final Judgment ~
of the Nfineteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for St, Lucte County, Florida, ;

dated October 24, 1974 which foreclosed a contract~for deed declared ~
null and void defendant's quit-claim deed to the real property involved ~

~ and ordered foreclosure sale of the sub3ect property. All parties.to 3
