; stating that the Settlor relinquishes the powers hereinabove re-
served by the Settlor, then such powers shall cease and terminate,
and from and after the delivery of such notice the Trustee shall
have those powers with respect to the Trust Estate otherwise pro-
~ vided in this Trust Agreement.
