„ - USE DURING SETTLOR'S LIFETIME

` (A) During the lifetime of the Settlor, the Trustee shall I

~ pay the entire net income, if any, and such part or all of the

~ ` principal of the T~ust Estate to the Settlor or to such persan

~ or persons as the Settlor may direct.
~ -(B) Notwithstanding any~hing herein to the contrary,

. items of income, deduction, credit, depreciation, depletion and

r other net operating loss items shall be allocated to the Settlor

= during the Settlor's lifetime. Further, the Settlor, during the

! ; Settlor's lifetime, shall have the complete beneficial interest in
i ~.all increases or decreases in~the corpus of this Trust.

~ (C) If in the opinion of a disinterested Trustee, the

~ ~ Settlor is incapacitated through illness, age, or other cause, the

< disinterested Trustee may in his uncontrolled discretion apply all

;or any part of the net income or principal of the Trust Estate
Y ~
~ toward the support, care, and benefit of the Settlor and the Set-- ~
tlor's dependents in such amount or amounts and in such manner as
he may deem necessary or advisable, or for any other purpose the
Trustee deems to be for the best interests of the Settlor.
