SETTLOR'S DEATH - G~FT TO SON
(A) Upon the death o~ the Settlor, if the Settlor's son,
~ FRANK C. S~iITH, survives him there shall be distributed over to
him, free from the trust, the_following described parcels of real
estate: ~

< Lots 1 and 2 and North 1/2 of Lot 3, Birds Addition
~ to.the Village of Birmingham in the County of Oakland .
~ • and State of Michigan, being part of the West 1/2 of
~ the Northwest l/4 of Section 36, Town 2 North, Range
M 10 East, according to the plat thereof as recorde~ in
o Liber 4, Page 1 of Plats, Oakland County Records,
~ more commonly known as Baldwin Manor Apartments.

= Land situated in the City of Detroit, County of Wayne
and State of Michigan described as Lots 197 and 198
: of Palmer Homes Subdivision No. 1 as recorded in
M Liber 35, page 95 of Plats, Wayne County Records, mor
- ; coimrtonly known as 17341-17345 Wyoming Avenue.

: (B) .In the event either of these parcels are sold prior

! ~ to the date of the proposed distribution, the proceeds therefrom

~ : sale shall be distributed to the Settlor's son free of trust. If

~ the Settlorrs son is not then living this gift shall lapse. It
