ARTICLE 11
~ POWERS AND DUTIES OF TRUSTEES i
(A) The Trustee of each trust est.~blished hereunder _
shall have the following powers and duties, in extension and not
in limitation of the powers given him by law or other provisions
of this instrument, it beinq intended that the Trustee possess
o~the broadest, fullest and most complete.power and authority and in.

. ~ each case to be exercised from time to time in such manner, and to

= such extent as the Trustee, in his sole and absolute discretion,
