(E) References to the trustee or trustees include suc-
cessor trustees. A successor ~rustee shall succeed to all of the

and upon the death of the natural Trustee, or if for any reason
the natural Trustee shall fail to quali~fy or act as Trustee here~
under, ancl no natural Trustee shall be named as successor, the

body or corpus of the Trust Estate shall vest in the corporate

Trustee as the sole Trustee hereunder, with all the pocaers, ri.ghts
and responsibilities herein given to the joint Trustees.
