1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CJRPORATION, its sucoessors or assigns, shall- notify ~
ihe undersigned in writing at 1he address indicated below (or at such other address as may be desig- `f
nated by the undersigned from time to fime) that the said premises ~e not in a reasonable state of
ccppearcmoe cmd repair consistent with ihe qeneral appearcmce amd state of repair of other properties
within the immediate. vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs, maintenance,
etc., set (orth in said notice within 15 days atter receipt of same.
2. li the undersigned shall fml or refuse to accomplish the required repairs or mainien~ce. .
etc., within the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVII.OPMENT CORPORA'i10N, its successors or assigns,-
acting by cmd traough its duly authorized agents may come upon the premises ior the pur~ose of doing
ihe necessary work. Ptovided, however, that such work shall be limited ta lawn cmd yard mointen~ce
to prevent cm overgrown or unkempt appe~~ce, and to• painting and minor repairs to 1he exterior of
the building or buildings, siiuated on the premises in order to prevent cm unsightly or unsafe condition.
3. As to any costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
cesscrs or assigns, in bringing about cmd acvomptishing the work relerred to in the notice, the under-
signed agrees to ~ake payment thereot-wilhin 10 days afier dem~d. Provided, however, tha! dem~d
