Ucclaration, its i:.:lii~its, and budgett sales brochure and floor plan,
and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is
essential to the successful operation and management of the Condo-
minium property and is in the best interests and for the _ benef it of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the ~
aforedescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and -
every provision of said Declaration of Condominium and Eahibits ''c
attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominium
and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees.that the assessment under
the Property Owners! Association documents referred to above and the .
provisions thereof are reasonable, fair and equit~ble, and said Pur- ~
chaser acknowledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association has encumbered ~
and irapressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being.conveyed to~ ~
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under t~he said Declara-
tion of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Associa-
tion and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the Property '
Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser conf irr.~s
that all warranties, representations and inducements if any, are as ;
contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium-and Exhibits
attached thereto, and the common expenses and .the.sums due under the ~
~ Froperty o-;rners' Association and other charges are estimated only. '
