- This cause.came on for trial the 14th day of November,
1974, and the Court having qiven full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and sulij-ect matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the~marriage between the parties~is irretrievably broken and
shou2d be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JOHN
RISING and ELDORA RISTNG be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
