4. Unless such sums are paid~forthwith the property
described in said Amended Claim of L~~n, viz:

Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 25, WHITE ~
CITY, according to the plat thereof as •

public records of St. Lucie Covnty, Florida, °
TOGSTHER with N~ of that certain alley ;
adjacent to the southern boundary line of `
the aforesaid land,
shall be sold by the Clerk of this Court at public sale to the i
highest and~best bidder for cash between the legal hours of sale
on the 30th day of December, 1974, at the County Courthouse in
Fort Pierce, Florida, pursuant to Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.

Notice of such sale shall be published as provided by said
statute. ~
5. Upon confirmation of the sal~ as provided by statute
or by order of court,~the Clerk shall disburse the proceeds of
the sale by paping: .
(a~ the costs and expenses of this action incurred
after the dal~e hereof, including the Clerk's costs of sale; and-
(b) the remaining amounts due the plaintiff with :
interest thereon as provided by statutes from the date hereof to
the date~of sale, court costs and plaintiff's attorney's fee as
I aforesaid.
i 6. Should there be a surplus after the payments above =

~ specified, it shall be paid into the registry of the Court. Should

there be a deficiency, the Clerk shall report the amount thereof
to the Court.
7. The plaintiff may bid for and be the purchaser of the
property at the sale. Should the plaintiff be the successful bidder,
he shall pay all costs and expenses of the sale and be credited
on his bid so much of the amounts due him as may be necessary to
~ satisfy his bid.

since the recording of the Lis Pendens, are severally barred and
foreclosed of and from any right, title, interest, claim or demand
