This cause came before the Court on November 19?4, on the ' ~
motions of various of the parties relating primarily to the transfer of ttie
premises and equipment from the custody and possession of the Defendant
Carlton to Plaintiff. After hearing couasel, and bein~ adviaed, it is thereupon ~
. ORDERED as follows:
1. Sen Bryan, Esq. , counsel for_Defendant Carlton is directed to ~
~ deliver to counsel for Plaintiff the keys to the premises of M. S. Industries

~ International, Inc. immediately.

~ 2. Defenda.nt Carlton is directed to deliver to Plaintiff all of the
equipment of M. S. Industries as soon as may be possible and to co-operate
in securing for Plaintiff any equipment which may not be upon the premises. ~ E

3. The books and records of M. S. Industries are to be delivered
to counsel for Plaintiff and to be held by said counsel who is to be held res-
ponsible for same.
4. The equipment of M. S. Industries is not to be moved from the
~ premises occupied by M. S. Iadustries unless such is done for proper corporate
~
purposes. ~
